Delegates who wish to attend the meeting(s) are kindly requested to submit the updated registration form attached at Annex B to firstname.lastname@example.org by
15th November 2017.
For delegates who wish to revise their registration details are requested to fill in the updated registration form and e-mail the completed form to the address stated above.
ID badges will be issued to all delegates. Delegates are kindly requested to provide in the registration form a digital colored photograph. For security reasons, The ID Badge should be worn and be visible at all times. The ID Badge are required for entry into meeting areas, without which, the organizers have the right to decline entry to any unidentified personnel.
The onsite registration desk is located in the meeting venue (Lobby 2 area). All delegates are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the commencement of the meetings (JWG, TELSOM, TELSOM + 1, TELMIN and TELMIN + 1 meetings). The ID badge and meeting kit will be distributed during the registration. The Liaison Officers will collect ID badges and documents for TELMIN and TELSOM Leaders.
